Introduction:
To protect maintenance personnel ,the KYN28 shutter mechanism has been optimized to inrease the self-locking function. When the handcart is pulled out of the cabinet, The prsonel is doing the maintenance, they can lock the shutter, lock the contact box and the fixed contact, which avoids the electrical shock caused by mistake.
The mechanism increases the shutter mechanism on self-locking function based on KYN28 mid -placed cabinet shutter mechanism .Work process: when the handcart is pulled out of the cabinet, under the action of a tension spring ,1 rotates counterclockwise around 4, the drive 3 slide to the right, block 7, so 7 can not rotate. After pulled handcart in the cabinet, 1 under the action of the trolley , rotates clockwise around 4 ,driving3 the slide to the left,which will unlock 7 ,then 7 can work normally.

Working principle:
1. Self-interlock is finished by 3 Arc plate lock the 1 roller of the left and right plate.
2. When VCB mechanism moves from testing position to working position, the two sides pusher of theVCB will press the upside and underside 3 arc plate rotate to middle side ,self-locking mechanism will be unlocked then shutter mechanism open normally.
3.When VCB is pulled out,3 Arc plate will be pressed by 2 tension spring to lock the Roller 1,the shutter mechanism will be locked.
