Basic Info.

1.General description

    Handcart is a small trolley, which is a draw-out part of switchgear and the main electrical components in the switch cabinet are installed on it. Generally, there are PT handcart and switch (circuit breaker) handcart. Handcart is also called trolley. Taking the switch handcart as an example, when the switch is opening, it can be pulled out from the switch cabinet by hand for maintenance or replacement after laying the guide rail. The main components of handcart are circuit breaker, transformer and other primary electrical equipment. It has three positions in the switchgear: working / testing / breaking. Handcart includes circuit breaker handcart, PT handcart, isolation handcart, fuse handcart, metering handcart, etc.

2.Function

A. Ensure the personal safety of the staff. The handcart type switch cabinet is provided with a detachable baffle in the cabinet, which separates the circuit breaker room, bus room and cable room, so as to ensure the safety of workers.

B. It has the function of preventing misoperation. When there is misoperation in the electrical circuit, the circuit breaker can open automatically and the grounding switch can not close when the circuit breaker is in the closing position.

C. The utility model can shorten the outage time of maintenance, and can be used in places with more important load or smaller building area. It only needs to replace the handcart during maintenance. According to the different structure in the cabinet, it can be divided into two types: spacer type and metal clad type. According to the requirements of maintenance and insulation, the cabinet is divided into small rooms to reduce mutual influence.
